Sporting Union Agen Lot-et-Garonne is a French rugby union club formed in 1900 they have consistently competed at the top level of French rugby. They are based in the town of Agen which is in the Lot-et-Garonne region of France.
Agen play their home games in the 14,000 capacity Stade Armandie, Agen, Lot-et-Garonne France. They are in a stronghold of rugby in the South West of France and usually couple a strong pack with hard hitting backs.
Agen play their home games in blue and white although they did wear orange shirts in the European Cup matches. The shirt has been pulled on by some well known names for example: Abdelatif Benazzi, Pierre Berbizier, Philippe Sella, Daniel Dubroca and the Fiji international Rupeni Caucaunibuca. With their long history in the top flight Agen have not managed major honours since the advent of the professional era, however they have won the French Championship in 1930, 1945, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1976, 1982 and 1988. Plus being French Cup Champions 1943 and 1945.
