The New Zealand All Blacks have officially launched their new home jersey for the 2014-15 international season.
Dubbed as the “Blackest jersey ever”, the new kit will be debuted against England at Twickenham, London this weekend. Most notably the new shirt lacks the white collar and is again sponsored by AIG. Two separate jerseys have been made for the forwards and the backs, the forwards jersey has more fabric binding, rucking and mauling while the backs jersey has been designed to make it more difficult to grab hold of.
The new home jersey for teh All Blacks boasts a black base with diagonal weave throughout the entirety of the shirt. The AIG sponsor is printed white while the adidas logo and All Blacks crest are embroidered white. The sides of the shirt feature an additional weaved print. Black shorts and socks with white trim complete the new kit.
The shirt was unveiled in London on the 5th of November in London where the likes of All Blacks captain Richie McCaw, Israel Dagg and Daniel Carter. adidas also launched a new Liquid Silver Pack for their four rugby boot ranges, the RS7, Predator, FF80 and Kakari.
