After the official launch of the England Rorke’s Drift Test jersey, Australia have followed suit and launched their own special design for this weekend.
The Australia rugby league side will don a special maroon and sky blue hooped jersey in celebration of the centenary of the Rorke’s Drift Test. The last time Australia wore the shirt was in 2008 against the Kiwis at the SCG. The new strip is a one-off design and features two primary colours.
The shirt has a thin hooped design with additional thinner hoops bordering the larger hoops in a super classic and retro design. The sleeve cuffs and collar are maroon while the shirt is sponsored by Holden.
