Brive wear a strip of black and white and the emblem contains the club name, colours and a star. The colours have been pulled on by a small number of well known names in the game: Christophe Lamaison, Olivier Magne, Alain Penaud and Sébastien Viars. The colours have also seen honours with: winning the Heineken Cup in 1997 and runners up in 1998 they have also been runners up in the French Championship in 1965,1972,1975 and 1996.
Club Athlétique Brive Corrèze Limousin better known as CA Brive and often just called Brive are a French rugby union team founded in 1904 and based in Brive-la-Gaillarde in the Limousin region.
Brive play their home games in the 16,000 capacity Parc Municipal des Sports, Brive-la-Gaillarde Limousin France. The region is not considered one of the major forces in French rugby support, although the side has been a consistent top performer.
