Carter out against Romaina

Dan Careter has a thigh strain and is rested against Romania this Saturday. The fly-half, who sustained the injury in training, will be replaced by Luke McAlister, who comes off the bench to start the game in Toulouse. Doug Howlett moves onto the bench.
