Michael Crocker who was due to join Hull is the second player from the NRL to have his visa to the UK refused by the British High Commission in Australia. The other to be refused was Todd Carney who was due to link up with Huddersfield Giants.
Both players have not been told why they have been refused, but both have convictions in the Australian courts.
It would appear that there has been a tightening of visa regulations which could impact the Super league as Celtic Crusaders have eight players still to arrive from down under and just a week until their first game against Leeds Rhinos.
