Tackle Law clarification reaps dividend
Rugby chiefs in England have agreed to change the refereeing of tackle situations in the hope of improving the entertainment in the Premiership. France who looked nervous throughout took their ninth Grand Slam under real pressure from a much-improved England side in Paris.
