England and New Zealand squads for Saturdays match

England forward Ben Westwood is ready to make his World Cup debut on Saturday as one of six changes to the team for the final group game against New Zealand. Coach Tony Smith has yet to name his line-up but wants to rest some players after the 52-4 loss to Australia.Paul Sykes, Rob Purdham, Jamie Jones-Buchanan, Mickey Higham and Jamie Langley are all likely to start.

Stand-off Benji Marshall will captain New Zealand for the first time in the absence of the rested Nathan Cayless.
