Brian Ashton has picked his team with the assumption that Olly Barkley will recover from a hip injury and Phil Vickery will be cleared to play. With Wilkinson ruled out and sickness in the camp one back sub is yet to be named.
Nick Easter, Martin Corry and Paul Sackey come into the team, replacing Dallaglio, Worlsey and Cueto with Jason Robinson moving to full-back. The pack changes should help the dynamism into contact and hopefully produce some go forward ball. The big concern will be in the backs although Mike Catt can fill the 10 birth at a pinch. Whatever team takes the field it is all becoming harder for England to secure the win.
