Tony Smith has named his 19 man squad for the international match against France in Toulouse on Friday 27th. Hull KR winger Peter Fox is the surprise addition and will win his first cap with Gareth Raynor being ruled out. The other new caps will be Joe Westerman of Castleford and Warrington second rower Ben Westwood.
The squad, which will be captained by Leeds forward Jamie Peacock, includes 16 members of the Great Britain team that achieved a 3-0 Test series whitewash over New Zealand last autumn and features six players from engage Super League champions Leeds and seven from Carnegie Challenge Cup holders St Helens.
