England train-on squad numbers increased

Eleven players have been added to the England train-on squad after Hull Kingston Rovers and Warrington Wolves lost in the Engage Super League play-offs. England coach Steve McNamara has also drafted Melbourne Storm stand-off Gareth Widdop into his squad ahead of the Four Nations tournament in Australia and New Zealand, though he will stay down under at present.

The eight from Warrington and three from Hull Kingston Rovers now join the existing members of the squad next week to prepare for the Four Nations and the Garry Purdham Memorial Game against Cumbria in Whitehaven on Sunday October 3.
