French League Shirts

France play their home games in strip of blue jerseys, white shorts and red socks. They also have a nickname of les chanteclairs, after the cockerel, which is the emblem of the team. The jersey has appeared in 12 World Cups, with the first in 1954. They have yet to win although they have been runners up twice, in 1954 and 1968. Ranked 5th and in the 2008 World Cup, France will surely rely heavily on their Catalan dragons players.
