Scottish rugby union side Glasgow Warriors have officially released their 2013-14 home and away jerseys by Macron. The Shirts have been designed by Glasgow-born architect and designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the jerseys boasts light blue panels on the shoulder and side regions. The club’s new sponsor BT Sport is displayed on the front of the shirts.
The shirt boasts the Glasgow District Rugby Union logo on the back and the team will wear the new kit for the first time when they take on Harlequins in a pre-season friendly in London on Saturday. Glasgow Warriors captain Alastair Kellock mentioned “I love the new Macron kit. The design is vibrant and it’s really comfortable to wear.
Glasgow Warriors Duncan Weir said “I like the attention to detail and having the Glasgow District Rugby Union logo on the back of the shirts is an excellent addition, as this represents all the club teams within our district.”
