Late injuries to Lock Carlo Del Fava and flanker Paul Derbyshire have have forced Nick Mallett to make changes as Marco Bortolami and Josh Sole return to the side as replacements meaning Valerio Bernabo and Manoa Vosawai take up the vacated places on the bench.

Wing Kaine Robertson and scrum-half Pablo Canavosio are the other changes to the side that lost to France, while Andrea Masi moves from wing to centre.
Del Fava and Derbyshire had won their places after impressing coach Nick Mallett when they came on as second-half substitutes in last week’s 46-20 defeat in France, contributing to a late rally in which Del Fava scored a try.
