Namibian RWC Jerseys

Namibia were more than bit players at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand 2011. Although they failed to win a game they did score 5 tries and as with many of the 2nd and 3rd tier nations they gave all there opposition a good game. They will as ever have to qualify for 2015, but there is no reason to belive they will not do so.

Namibia known locally by the nickname Welwitschias have won their African Qualifying group beating Tunisia home and away to secure the Africa 1 spot into pool 'D'. This means that Namibia are now in their fourth World Cup.

It's Namibia's forth World Cup, having played in Wales in 1999, Australia 2003 and France 2007. On all occasions they failed to record a win and scored only 14 points in 1999 but doubled it to 28 in 2003, improving slightly to 30 points in 2007, though they did score 17 of these against Ireland going down 32-17. They'll be looking forward to improving on that this time out in New Zealand.
