NRL wooden spoons of 2015 Newcastle Knights look to reignite life into the club through their all-new ISC home and away shirts.
With the ‘Novocastrians’ finishing at rock bottom of the 2015 NRL league table, the club have undergone drastic changes of a new coach and new set of players to help transform Newcastle Knights into a successful team whilst their home and away shirts have also been updated.
Posing as a trademark look for the Knights, classic club colours of red and blue combine in a traditionally striped visual across its body and sleeves to produce their latest home shirt. The wide stripes flow down the front and back panels with both allowing space for sponsors Newpave Asphalt to be boldly seen in white.
Using the same ISC kit template, seeing a modern v-neck collar feature at the top of the shirt, Newcastle Knights away shirt reverses the colour-way to a predominant white visual with striking blue stripes being bordered by red. Both models see passionate text of ‘Stay True’ printed inside the back of the shirt with a star symbol between either word.
