The England Rugby Union team have officially launched their new home jersey for the upcoming 2015 Rugby World Cup.
Again supplied by Canterbury, the new home jersey for the hosts again features the trademark white based design with the Red Rose emblem moving from the centre of the jersey to the more traditional left chest area. The stand-out feature to the new jersey is the V-shaped ‘ball-deadening’ grip material on the top half of the jersey which is strikingly similar to the All Blacks’ new jersey.
The collar uses a new looped design while another stand-out feature to this shirt is the 3D injection moulded Red Rose emblem which pops out from the jersey for an elegant look. The England flag is again placed on the upper back of the jersey for a classic look while the kit is again completed with white shorts and socks.
The 2015 Rugby World Cup logo is placed on the right side of the chest while the Canterbury logo is positioned in the centre of the chest below the looped collar. A plain white panel is used on the front while the sleeves used an elegant hooped design.
