French rugby club Stade Francias have officially launched their new home and away kits for the 2014-15 season.
Supplied by German brand adidas, the new home shirt is nicknamed “Lightning” featuring pink and black lightning elements on a solid white base while black colours the shoulders. adidas’ signature three stripes are coloured white. The club have signed a new shirt sponsor with Numericable which will appear in Top 14 and European Cup matches.
The new away kit is nicknamed the “Eiffel Tower” in reference to the Eiffel Tower design on the shirt. The Eiffel Tower is one of the world’s most recognisable man-made structures. Stade Francais feature several prominent rugby professionals including Digby Ioane, Morne Steyn, Pascal Papé, David Lyons and Meyer Bosman.
