The second week of the JP Morgan Asset Management Sevens produced some exciting rugby and London Welsh the favourites won all their games. It was perhaps a bit hard on the other teams involved as the Welsh squad was made up mainly of Samurai Sevens players experts in this type of rugby. Samurai who are one of the club sponsors supply the club strip and did we see the first outing of their 2012/13 season shirt.
Sale Sharks who were runners up on the night only losing to Welsh in the first game could also be seen in a new shirt, again what we expect to see this season.
The other two teams in the competition Northampton had a new shirt on show
and Leicester had already released their change strip which was on show last night.
All the results from the night are listed below and Welsh and Sale join London Irish and Saracens in the finals at Bath’s Recreation Ground on the 3rd August.
