Well it had to happen some time, Leeds Rhinos had an off day. Couple this with not showing full respect to the opposition and the mind games kick in. Shame it was only in front of 3,769 at the Stoop.
Harlequins were well worth this victory as they stretched out to a half time lead of 14-12. Leeds opened the scoring early on with a try by Jamie Peacock, but Quins hit back with tries by Will Sharp and Scott Hill with Henry Paul converting and adding a penalty. Rhinos took their second score through Scott Donald to close the gap. Half Time 14-12.
Quins extended their lead after the restart with a try from Chad Randall. Rhinos closed the gap thanks to Keith Senior, but Paul kicked his goals and Sharp got his second to put the game out of Leeds reach even with late scores from Rob Burrow and Donald. Final Score:
