Former Wigan and Great Britain international Kris Radlinski has joined the England backroom team for the international with France on 13 June. Radlinski, 33, who won caps for both England and Great Britain, will also continue as Scholarship manager/coach at Wigan, a post he took up in March.
Head coach Tony Smith said: (quote) Kris had an illustrious career and brings a wealth of experience to the squad, he is an excellent role model, and I’m sure will be a welcome addition. The aim of involving Kris in the squad for the French trip is for him to take a look at us, and for us to take a look at him with a view to a potential role in this autumn’s Four Nations.(end quote)
