In a close hard fought match, Saints went in at the break with a four point lead thanks to tries by Ade Gardner, unconverted and James Roby’s effort converted by Paul Wellens. This after Rhinos had taken the lead with a try by Jamie Jones-Buchanan converted by Kevin Sinfield.
