South Africa Torment France – South Africa 42-17 France

Gio Aplon scored two tries and Morne Steyn kicked 15 points as world champions South Africa crushed France 42-17 in Cape Town on Saturday.

Tries from Pierre Spies, Aplon and Gurthro Steenkamp helped the Springboks into a 25-10 half-time lead, with the French score coming from Aurelien Rougerie.

After the break Aplon scored a length of the field try for South Africa. Francois Louw added the fifth try for the Boks before Marc Andreu’s late consolation for the visitors., giving us the final score of:
