Jake White has announced his team to meet Argentina in the semis on Sunday 14 October at the Stade de France, Paris, kick-off 2000 BST. He has made one change to the starting fifteen recalling prop CJ van der Linde who missed the quarter-final win over Fiji with a knee injury. The Springboks have also recalled to the bench, former skipper Bobby Skinstad in for loose-forward Wikus van Heerden, while Bismarck du Plessis replaces hooker Gary Botha. Flanker Juan Smith and number eight Danie Roussouw both passed fitness tests and retain their places. The Boks are obviously expecting a physical match and have picked accordingly, but with Skinstad as a sub they are also looking for brains and not a little skill.
