Today we feature the new South Africa Rugby World Cup (RWC)2007 home and away strip.
The home shirt although staying true to the Springboks colours is a marked change in style from all previous versions. The green is retained and the yellow now features in curving lines around the shirt, this looks like another move to try and break-up the body lines and make players more difficult to pick out when running at defenders. The shirt also features the IRB logo and RWC 2007. Like the England shirt the South Africa flag is on the left sleeve. The away shirt is white with green sweeping curved lines both shirts are manufactured by Canterbury of New Zealand.
Springboks shirts can be ordered
The new strip is on pre-order release for delivery during August in time for the first round of RWC games in France 2007. To view the full range of South Africa products and to order your shirt, click here South Africa Shirts page.
