Stade Francais the Paris club who love to shock have done it again with their new strip for the 2011/12 season. The home version is probably the most colourful yet as it continues the theme of flowers. Whilst the away is more conservative than some of the past.

The new Stade Français Home shirt keeps the traditional colours of the Paris based club, with its white/pink/multi. This time out the flowers have a what looks like a snake down the torso and the words Stade Francais Paris in a banner below. The away or alternate is navy and pink and features three lightning bolts down the chest. The shirts are manufactured by Adidas whose logo is on the right for the home and left chest for the away. Both are made of climacool (R) material. We expect they will be popular and so sell fast, so to get yours now, just follow this link to the Stade Français Shirts page.
2011/12 Season Prediction for Stade Français Rugby
Stade Français had arguably their worst season in 2010/11 as they finished 11th in the Top 14. However for the 2011/12 they have new owners and a new squad. The club is filled with optimism following a big win in the opening game at home 41-20 against new comers Bordeaux. We do think they will have harder tests to come this season and they will do very well to make the top 4 and the play-offs at the end of the Top 14. The squad is strong but shorn of some of the super-stars.
Stade Français are in Pool ‘1’ of the Amlin Challenge Cup, along with; Bucharest Wolves, Crociati Parma and Worcester Warriors and form here they should progress to the play-offs with Warriors the only real test. Possibly one of the easier pools to escape so this season we see them reaching the later stages of the competition and with their powerful squad reaching the semi-finals.
