Engage Super League leaders Wigan Warriors bag Melbourne Storm trio Ryan Hoffman, Brett Finch and Jeff Lima for next season.

The trio are being released as part of a major clear-out at the Storm to get under the salary cap for next season and will link up with former Melbourne assistant coach Michael Maguire at the DW Stadium.
Second rower Hoffman, 26, who has won four caps with Australia, has signed a one-year deal with an option for a second season, half-back Finch, 28, is joining the Warriors on a two-year deal and New Zealand Test prop Lima, 28, has agreed a three-year contract.
Maguire said: (quote) Having worked with all three during my time at Melbourne, I am thrilled that they will be joining us from next season. All three are champion players with experience at the very highest level. They have a great work ethic and are top-quality additions who will complement our existing playing squad. (end quote)
Wigan beat Hull KR to the signature of Finch, whose arrival will enable Maguire to switch Thomas Leuluai to hooker when Mark Riddell returns home to Australia at the end of the year.
Finch said:(quote) I have loved my time in Melbourne. They gave me an opportunity to continue in the NRL after I left Parramatta but playing in England has always been in the back of my mind. (end quote)
