Canterbury and the Springboks have unveiled their 2013/14 home and away jerseys at the Castle of Good Hope in Cape Town last Thursday. The home and away kits are the most innovative, cutting edge jerseys by the New Zealand brand as they boast state of the art materials blending 93% polyester and 7% elastane.

The jerseys were revealed by several Springboks’s stars including Bryan Habana where the new jerseys feature fewer panels and seams offering added comfort and ease of movement resulting in a lighter weight and a higher energy output, a newly constructed Loop 21.1 neckline for an ultimate body-mapping fit.
The new SA Springbok’s jersey is authentic and easily recognizable and SARU CEO Jurie Roux mentioned “A lot of hard work has gone into producing the new jersey, which should benefit the Boks this year,”.
In anticipation of the shirt release thousands of fans ventured in a shirtless online campaign and several Boks stars visited the Cape Town factory helping make the jersey which included Jean de Villiers, Schalk Burger and Juan de Jongh.
The new jersey will be available from the 12th of April where supporters can buy the new shirt from Canterbury retail stores and a number of present and past Springboks will be involved in two signing sessions on the 12th of April in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
