On the back of the England home jersey launch, the all new home jersey for Ireland has been officially launched.
As one of the favourites for the World Cup, the new home jersey for Ireland again features their trademark green and white colours. Like on the England jerseys the ‘360° Loop’ neckline collar has been installed for a more customised fit. The 3D injection-moulded badge is used for the Ireland jersey for a nice touch while the Rugby World Cup and Canterbury logos are stitched.
Again the chevron design has been used on this shirt to dampen the ball when catching where its spans from the top of the shoulders to the lower chest region. A gold border surrounds the 3D injected Ireland badge for a classic touch.
The back of the new Ireland home jersey is simple using a solid green design with a subtle box for the numbers to appear. Compared to the 14-15 Ireland home jersey there is a lot less white trim while the new chevron ball dampening area is an improvement.
